5 Voices Leadership Assessment

A short, free inventory to help discover your "leadership voice" (~15 minutes, 82 questions). Your results help shape the conversations and partnerships that come next.

About the Framework

This is the second piece of your Welcome Kit. The assessment maps your Voice Order: the order of the five voices that shape how you lead, communicate, and make decisions.

How It Works

Five Steps, ~15 Minutes

Plan to Finish in One Sitting

  • Visit the assessment. Go to jason.giantos.com/store/5-voices and click the blue "Take free assessment" button.
  • Create your free account. Fill out the short form: email, name, create a password. ☑ Check the box "I'd like to receive my 5 Voices results…" so the report lands in your inbox. (If you already have a GiANT OS account, click "Log in" instead.)
  • Click "Get started →". Heads-up: GiANT may offer some additional products during signup. Feel free to ignore those upsells. The assessment itself is genuinely free.
  • Take the assessment. ~15 minutes, 82 questions. Plan to do it in one sitting. Don't overthink it. Go with what's most natural for you, not what's expected of you or what your role requires.
  • Get your results. Your Voice Order Profile arrives by email. We'll automatically receive a copy too, so there's nothing to forward.
What You'll Receive

Your Unique Voice Order

How to Read It

Your results arrive by email and rank all five voices in the order that comes most naturally to you. Everyone has all five; what differs is the order. Hold loosely at first; this is a great jumping-off point for a deeper conversation later.

  • Your first voice. The one people experience most, and the lens the other four come through.
  • Your second and third. Strong and available when you reach for them. Most of your working range sits here.
  • Your fourth and fifth. Your least natural. These take the most effort from you, and the most patience from the people around you.

Why We Use It

Church planting is a team sport, and the teams that thrive are built on self-awareness. That starts with knowing your own voice, and which ones your team is missing.

Every voice brings something the team needs. Every voice, unexamined, casts a shadow.

Don't try to manage your results ahead of time. The assessment is most useful when it reflects how you actually operate, not how you'd like to be seen.
